Are Dr Ashwin Vijay's InStrength supplements & ingredients tried and tested?

 We source our ingredients only from reliable suppliers who follow GMP guidelines. All ingredients are selected based on science and extensive research. 

How should I take the supplements?

Please follow the dosage as per FSSAI recommendation given on the product. Take the capsules/ tablets with a glass of water. Note that the full benefits of the supplement can take 3-4 month till you notice it.

When will I start seeing effects or benefits of the the product?

Long term support for immunity, back/spine and lungs is very important. While many people feel a difference within days after using these products, many don’t. To harness the full benefits of the nutritional products it can take 3-4 month of daily supplementation.

Are Dr Ashwin Vijay's supplements vegetarian?

All our products are pure vegetarian.

Do Dr Ashwin Vijay's InStrength supplements contain Gluten or GMO ingredients?

No, all our products are gluten-free as well as non-GMO.

Is it normal if my urine changes color after taking supplements?

It is common to notice that your urine is a bright yellow /green colour when you start taking supplements. This is nothing to worry about and is totally normal. It is caused by the water-soluble vitamins and is a sign that your nutrients are being absorbed effectively!

Can I take these supplements additional to my prescriped medication?

It is always advisable to consult your physician before using any supplements, if you are on any prescription medications.

Are the supplements in line with the Indian Dietary Allowances and FSSAI?

Yes, RDA is established by regulatory bodies based on factors like common deficiencies, lifestyle and eating habits. Dr Ashwin Vijay's InStrength supplements and multivitamins are carefully crafted especially for needs of the Indian population.

Return & Replacement

The shipping period may range between 3-4 weeks for delivery; no cancellations shall be permissible after the products are dispatched.

  • Customer will be notified about the shipping status by email.
  • Generally, products are dispatched from locations within 3-4 days.

Refusal to accept the product at the time of delivery will not be entertained, and no refunds shall be made in such cases. Return/Replacement request for any order should be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product. However, in case of Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages/Wrong Product, the request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within three working days or as per the delivery date specified by our delivery partner in the shipping status email or SMS. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-90477 26777, +91 90477 60777 or email us at care@instrength.org mentioning your Order ID. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

How long does it take to process Refund?

In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner from our end, they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

How will I get my refund in case of payment mode is COD?

payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-7 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

How do I update my bank details ?

Step 5: Click on Add bank details, complete the relevant field

Will the amount be refunded after the product is shipped?

Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet?

If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to us at care@instrength.org or call us at
