InStrength is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies only in the shortest period. If there is no courier service available in your area, we may ship your items via Government Registered Parcel.
Our product prices listed on the website include GST but exclude Shipping & Delivery costs, which will be charged extra, depending on the weight and volume of your consignment. InStrength may, at its discretion, decide to reduce or waive all or part of the Shipping & Delivery Charges, depending on your Order Value.
For International Orders
1. Shipping charges would depend on the weight of the order, which will be calculated at the checkout
2. Any import tax and clearance charges for international orders will be on cost of the customer
3. In case the shipment is undelivered we will not be able to do returns or any refunds for international orders
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within three working days or as per the delivery date specified by you when placing the order (whichever is later). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-90477 26777,or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
INSTRENGTH CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to us at email@example.com or call us at +91- 90477 26777 (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after we have processed the cancellation request.
Cancellation Post Shipment
you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91- 90477 26777(10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri).
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner from our end, they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
- For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
